We track success rates. If a seller consistently brings assigned orders to final completion without cancellations, their score rises.
The ultimate trust signal. If buyers return to the same seller for a second or third order, we heavily reward the seller’s score.

Note for New Sellers: Every new freelancer starts in the “Incubator” with a baseline score of 100. Once you successfully complete 2 orders, the live algorithmic math kicks in.
