Because funds are held in the GigOrbit Escrow system, Buyers are protected from paying for undelivered work. Refunds are processed smoothly when an order is mutually canceled by both the Buyer and the Seller before the final delivery is made.
A Buyer may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
Note: Refunds are strictly not issued simply because a Buyer "changed their mind" after work has already commenced, or if the delivered work meets the gig description but does not match subjective personal taste.
If a Buyer and Seller cannot reach an agreement regarding a delivery, either party may escalate the order to a "Dispute." Our administrative team will review the original requirements, the delivery files, and all platform communications. GigOrbit's decision in resolving disputes is final, and funds will be released or refunded based on this review.
Approved refunds are returned to the Buyer's original payment method (via Razorpay). Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
