GigOrbit operates as a two-sided freelance marketplace connecting clients ("Buyers") with independent professionals ("Sellers"). We provide the infrastructure, escrow services, and dispute resolution to facilitate these transactions safely.
To protect both parties, GigOrbit utilizes a secure Escrow payment system powered by Razorpay.
Trust is the foundation of our marketplace. All users must maintain accurate profiles. Sellers are prohibited from outsourcing work to unverified third parties without explicit buyer consent. Any attempt to bypass the GigOrbit payment system to conduct transactions off-platform will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Sellers must deliver completed work within the timeframe specified on their Gig page. Buyers are entitled to the number of revisions stated in the purchased package. Once work is delivered, buyers have 3 days to review and request revisions. If no action is taken, the order is automatically marked as "Completed" and funds are released.
GigOrbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or creates a toxic environment for other users. In the event of termination, pending valid payouts will be processed at the sole discretion of our administration team.
